Who we are
We are a collaborative group of architects and designers.
MUVE, a full-service architectural firm with roots in Puerto Rico, South Florida, and now settled in Georgia, engages with each project-client with intense initiative to deliver a modern and sustainable design with special devotion to aesthetics, function, form and spatial character. MUVE operates under the leadership of Rick Muniz as the principal architect.
Process
At MUVE we make it our responsibility and main priority to integrate owners home designs needs and wants within budget and code.
Our design process is divided in four stages.
1. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Upon contract, owners collaborate in the exploration of new ideas to create a vision; a design concept.
2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
A building/site plan layout is developed.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Translating owners vision into architectural form. Preparation of design strategies that will refine and establish the nature and character of the entire project.
4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
All building plans, specifications, and supporting documents to be used for the project.
